GPU is intended for preparation to further transfer of hydrocarbon gas, fed to the unit from the gas condensate wells under field pressure for gas supply of the energy park with a capacity of 250 MV, providing power supply of the oil filed. Specialists of the company performed works on PCS, ESD and F&G systems design, production of hardware package system, software development, assembling of monitoring systems at the facility, commissioning works for the project on implementation of PCS, ESD and F&G systems of the gas preparation unit (GPU) of the Yareyusky gas deposit. The systems, installed in the course of project implementation, provide operation of the complex of technological equipment of GPU and solve the issues of control of technological facilities, detection of defects of equipment and realization of automated protective switch-off of the facilities, with diagnostics for the operator, realize protective, engineering blockages of emergency shut-down system, fire and gas protection systems. Operator interface of the system, realized with the help of WinCC software by Siemens, provides visualization of technological data separately for each facility and for the unit in general. Switching of reserve systems at breakdown of operating systems is provided for, that ensures operability in any situation and uninterrupted power supply of the oil field.
